Therapeutic Sivananda Hatha with Pamela
Tuesday & Thursday 12:15 –1:30 p.m.
Pamela teaches a slower-paced yet still challenging class focused on thoroughly oiling all the joints in the body and getting a good stretch via Sivananda Sun Salutations and Asanas, with adaptations, if appropriate. An experienced and highly trained teacher, Pamela is able to meet students where they are and adapt the practice to the individual.
Non-Vinyasa Flow with Katie
Tuesday, 6:15 –7:15 p.m.
This all-levels class on Tuesday night is a non-vinyasa flow. You will move with the breath and find moments of challenge with plenty of room for rest and stillness.
Vinyasa with Simone
Thursday 6:15 - 7:15 pm
Simone's class will feature flowing movements connected to the breath, mobility exercises to improve functional movement, and restorative holds for resetting the nervous system.
Sivananda-inspired Yoga with Ganeya
Friday 12:15 - 1:30 pm
Join Ganeya for a soul-nourishing, trauma-informed yoga class rooted in the teachings of Sivananda Hatha Yoga. Each session will be balanced with pranayama (breathwork), a mix of non-vinyasa flow and hatha yoga asanas, guided meditation, deep relaxation, and yoga nidra. This class is open to practitioners of all levels.
Vinyasa with Paul
Saturday 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Paul leads a gentle flow class in which students practice a full range of self-paced Yoga postures with guided adjustments. The class typically includes floor exercise, standing poses, balancing, accessible inversions, breath work, and deep relaxation. The result is a thorough workout for improving balance, core strength, flexibility, joint health, freedom of movement, and peace of mind that is accessible to all ages and abilities.
First and Third Sunday of each month, 6:00—7:15 p.m.
Following class on the first and third Sunday of each month, Pamela leads Yoga Nidra, a profoundly deep, conscious relaxation, with a focus on harmonizing and healing mind, body, and spirit, and an opportunity to set your intention. Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest meditations, leading awareness through many levels to a state of supreme stillness and insight. No experience in Yoga or Meditation is required. The class is free for those attending the 4:30 class.
