
Join us for Fundamentals of Yoga a five-week workshop series covering meditation, yogic breathing, postures and relaxation. We will focus on principles of breath, alignment and body awareness, making this series ideal for beginners as well as experienced students who wish to advance their practice by going “back to basics.” By the end of the series, beginners will be able to confidently join any Hatha or vinyasa class at the St. Marks Yoga Center or safely begin a home practice of their own.
