Yoga for the Pelvic Floor

Yoga, an ancient practice combining physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation, has gained recognition for its many physical, psychological, and spiritual health benefits. Yoga has become a valuable tool for promoting pelvic health in recent years.

This all-levels workshop will focus on developing a happy, healthy pelvic floor, strengthening, stretching, and stabilizing the pelvic floor muscles, helping to promote or restore optimal pelvic health.

The workshop will include mindful breathing, yoga postures (asanas), and relaxation techniques.
